Claritin schmaritin

Dear Children’s Claritin,

Don’t be a tease. If you’re going to offer a grape flavor, at least make it a kid-friendly version of grape. Having to chase a snotty kid and then having to hold him down and pry his mouth open so that I could pour the 1/2 a tsp he left in the medicine cup down his hatch is not my idea of having a good morning.

Get with the people at Tylenol and ask them what flavor goes into their Children’s Tylenol Cold. That is a grape flavor that is (my) kid-approved.

Warmly,

Angel Norman

  1. Nice. And by the way…can you send one letter to Motrin for me too..because Jenson hates Bubble Gum, Fruit Punch, and Berry. He said he wants it to taste like “Candy” the way that Tylenol does.

  2. So then maybe the letter should read:

    Dear Tylenol,

Please quit making your medicine taste like candy. It is causing children everywhere to have unrealistic expectations of their medication, much in the same way that Barbie caused me to have unrealistic expectations about myself and Disney skewed my ideals regarding men. Thank you and have a good day.

    Best regards,
    Angel Norman

  3. P.S. Thanks for making our society full of alcoholics. Because it is clearly due to the over-drinking of Tylenol that makes people drunk. So, our kids are victim’s of society in the making. BIG THANKS TYLENOL.

  4. Oh Lord! Don’t ever, ever, ever(!) buy Zicam for adults that says on the bottle that it can be mixed with virtually any liquid and that it is flavorless. It is the most horrific, bitter mess you will ever taste!

  5. noted. thanks for the tip!
